Help with unblocking my Hotmail account  and resetting my password
I have reported via the Live Solution Center needing to reset my password and ultimnately being locked out. I was tolf a private forum with a PIN was set upm but have yet to figure out how to access it and never get replies from Microsoft or whoever is supposed to reply when a problem is reported. Anyone have a clue what to do? (I admit I am not too savvy with this stuff!!)1 person needs an answerI do too

All Hotmail questions belong in the Windows Live Solution Center. You give no details about where the private forum is, exactly what you were told, which whom you spoke, why you think you need to reset your Hotmail account, or anything. It's not possible to guess what's going on in your situation.Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]------------------------------If a reply helps, please vote it as helpful. I have submitted 4 separate questions thru the Live Solution Center and have never received anything helpful. The 1st was simply trying to reset password...I went thru an account verification form to which I did receive an e-mail telling me that a Microsoft person would review my answers within 24 hours (3 days ago) and that either I would get an e-mail with instructions on resetting my password or info woulod be sent to the Live Solution Center private forum for which I was given a special pin # which I have yet to be able to access....have not gotten either yet. #2 question was looking for help on how to access this alleged private forum...maybe I am not looking in the right place. I assumed I would get an e-mail telling me that there was a reply but again nothing. #3 question on the Live Solutions Center asked for help with now being blocked out for too many password attempts...no reply...I guess I thought that other than other users I would get a reply from someone from Windows or Microsoft or someone that fixes such problems. Finally, #4 was simply asking how you get a reply to anything....no reply. I finally found Microsoft answers and got your reply Brian. FYI, I have spoken to no one it has all been done online thru the Live Solutions Center and I need to reset my account cuz I went from needing to reset password when i forgot it to being blocked.
